This grief painting is more about moving on from grief. We can’t move one until we change our thoughts. I’m trying to express positive sentiments in this work but touch on serious subjects.
The thoughts included in this painting:
“My loved one is a part of my heart, mind and soul, & is always by my side, guiding me. Living and moving forward does NOT mean that I have forgotten. Memories will always stay alive within me. Each day is full of miracles. I am grateful I had and have such love in my life. I recognize the importance of grieving fully. The only cure for grief is to grieve. One day at a time. Grief does not change you . . . it reveals you. Grief is like the ocean, it comes in waves, ebbing and flowing.”
